To maintain consistent teaching and service standards across all centers—both direct and franchised—Monkey Tree enforces a strict centralized management and supervision framework:
Professional Qualifications: All instructors are Native English Speakers holding recognized bachelor's degrees and international English teaching certifications (such as TEFL / TESOL).
Strict Selection Process: Overseas recruitment, demo teaching evaluations, and thorough background checks (including Sexual Conviction Record Checks - SCRC) are conducted directly by headquarters, with an acceptance rate of approximately 10%.
Standardized Training: Prior to teaching, all instructors must complete systematic training at headquarters, mastering early-childhood classroom management and specialized teaching methodologies.
Monthly On-Site Audits: The headquarters academic and operations teams conduct monthly visits to all centers for lesson observations, service assessments, and academic evaluations to guarantee uniformly high service standards.
