Requirements
- MUST be a native English speaker
- A University Degree from an accredited university + TESOL, CELTA or TEFL (100 hours minimum)
- OR a Bachelor of Education/University Degree + Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching/TESOL Degree
- A valid passport (with at least two year on it)
- A clear criminal record, both domestically and abroad
- Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and MUST enjoy working with kids
Role and Responsibilities
- Teach a diverse variety of classes such as phonics, reading comprehension, creative writing and grammar
- Prepare and implement lessons, crafts and activities

Requirements
- Must hold a university degree
- Must be a Native Mandarin speaker with strong Mandarin speaking proficiency
- “Grade 2 Level A” (二級甲等) or above in the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi recognized by the State Language Work Committee (國家語委普通話水平測試)

Responsibilities
- To teach young children Chinese pinyin, reading, listening, reciting, and writing
- To apply phonetic knowledge with simple daily Mandarin conversation
- To enforce acceptable disciplinary measures to ensure proper behavior and etiquette during class
- To read stories, play games, sing songs, make crafts with children
- To develop and implement instructional activities
- To effectively record and assess students’ progress for class allocation
- To provide both written and oral feedback for both parents and students

Requirements
- F. 6 graduate or above
- Passion for children education or services
- Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Understanding the course products and available course packages and providing professional consultation of company’s services & products to perspective customers
- Monitor students’ progress, & communicate with customers to retain a clear understanding of their needs, as well as to maintain good customer relationship
- Manage the center’s class schedule to best satisfy students and teachers
- Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups in order to maintain valuable relationship with existing and potential customers and to perform high quality customer services at front desk
- Maintain the center’s and classrooms’ appearance as well as completeness to ensure a smooth working and teaching environment
- Provide assistance to teachers when needed
- Supervise and train fresh staff on course details, administrative procedures, etc.
